Meditation 1: Find Your Inner Peace with Vipassana

Focus on your breathing and let go of any tension in your body. This meditation is designed to help you relax and find inner peace in 5-10 minutes.

Step One:
Site in an upright position. If you have back problems find a comfortable position where you can minimize any aches or pain.

Step Two:
Bring your attention to your nostril area as the breath is coming in and out. Try not to modify the breath. Leave the breath unmodified at all times.

Step Three:
At one point you will have thoughts and the thoughts will take your mind for a trip. This is normal. The goal is to not be upset or of any negative feelings toward it. Simply noticed that you have drifted off and bring your mind back to your breath.

Meditation 3: Good for Anxiety, Stress and Healing

Inhale the energy of life and exhale to release anxiety, stress and bring healing to anything.

Step One:
Sit in a chair comfortably. If you have back problems, find a comfortable position where you can minimize any aches or pains.

Step Two:
Take a few deep breaths, then imagine the center of your chest opens and you are breathing through the center of your chest as you breathe in and out.

Step Three:
Now imagine you are breathing in a pink mist of life—a force of life—through your chest all the way to the furthest cell of your body, replacing all darkness, unwanted energy, or worries. As you breathe out, imagine all darkness, unwanted energy, or worries leaving you through the chest, out to the pink mist, resolving into it. Repeat this several times before the next step. You may even want to stop here, and that is okay too. This part of the meditation is already very powerful.

Step Four:
This step is to heal someone or someone's issue. This someone can be you or a loved one. First, imagine this person in front of you, then breathe this pink mist of life in through your chest, then breathe it out from the top of your head to God/Source. Then, breathe in the Source/God energy down through your head, then out from your chest to this person. Repeat this several times until you feel calm and/or rested.

Meditation 3: Energize Your Spirit

Inhale energy from the earth and exhale to release stagnation, lifting your spirit. A 5-10 minute boost for your energy flow.

Step 1: Stand or sit with your feet firmly on the ground.
Step 2: Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, imagining drawing energy up from the earth through your feet.
Step 3: Hold the breath for a moment, feeling the energy rising through your body.
Step 4: Exhale slowly, releasing any negative energy or stagnation.
Step 5: Repeat this breathing pattern several times, visualizing the energy circulating throughout your body.
Step 6: Feel your spirit becoming energized and revitalized with each breath.
Step 7: When you're ready, open your eyes and carry this renewed energy with you throughout your day.
